Privacy Policy:

  • Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
  • All personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without your permission.
  • Personal information is recorded only if you place an order, request information or voluntarily join our email list.
  • When you place an order or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server that encrypts your information and ensures your privacy.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express due upon placement of your order. 
  • Sales with a shipping address in Alabama will be charged the AL sales tax of 4%.


  • U.S. Orders: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless another option is arranged (additional fees may apply). Shipping costs are not increased when ordering additional items. A flat fee for shipping and handling in the U.S. is $6.25.
  • International orders: WoodPens.com is responsible only for the original shipping cost charged by USPS. Please contact us if your item is held at your local post office because the shipping cost was not paid on our end. We will refund any charges that are not customs or VAT fees. A flat fee for international shipping and handling $22.95.

Delivery times:

  • USPS Priority Mail within the USA: 2-3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail international: 6-10 days
  • Please contact us before placing your order if you need your item by a certain date. Some of our products are made to order and generally take 2 - 6 days to ship, but can take up to 2 weeks in during busier months.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • WoodPens.com is a provider of quality hand crafted wood pens. If you are unhappy with your order, please send back your unused product within 30 days in its original packaging for a full refund of the product price. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please contact us within 30 days if you did not receive the correct product for an exchange or a full refund. WoodPens.com has no control over the package after it ships, and is not responsible for lost or damaged products after they are shipped. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to add insurance through USPS.
  • Custom orders and engraved items are non-returnable unless they are incorrect.
  • A note about shipping wooden products: wood is a natural material that is subject to warping and cracking if subjected to extreme heat or cold. Rarely, if a package is left outside in the sun or cold the wood may crack. If this happens, please send us a picture and we will send you a replacement product. The picture is to be emailed to jim@woodpens.com.
